Cookie Policy
Last updated 10 Aug 2026
This policy lists every cookie and browser storage entry Q-PRO uses. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third-party analytics — the list below is the whole of it.
1.What cookies are
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser so it can recognise you on the next request. Similar technologies — local storage in particular — do the same job without being sent to a server; both are covered by this policy.
2.Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the Service to work. It cannot be provided without them, so they are not subject to consent.
- Session cookies set by our authentication provider: keep you signed in and protect against request forgery. They expire when the session ends or on sign-out.
- th_company: remembers which company you last selected in the switcher, so pages open on the right scope. Expires after one year.
- th_cookie_consent: records the choice you made on the cookie banner, so we do not ask again. Stored in your browser only.
3.Preference storage
Kept in your browser's local storage, never sent to us, and used only to render the interface the way you left it.
- theme: light or dark appearance.
- th_font_scale: your chosen text size.
- NEXT_LOCALE: the language you chose, so the site opens in it next time. Expires after one year.
4.Analytics and advertising
Q-PRO currently uses no analytics, advertising or social-media cookies, and shares no browsing data with third parties for those purposes.
If we introduce optional analytics in future, it will be off unless you turn it on, the banner will ask you separately, and this page will be updated before it goes live.
5.Your choices
You can accept or decline optional cookies from the banner shown on your first visit, and change your mind at any time using the button below.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop you from signing in.
6.Changes to this policy
If we add or remove a cookie, this page changes with it. The date at the top shows the most recent update.
7.Contact
Questions about cookies can be sent to us using the email address in the site footer.
